A1. In our developed world we are finding that there is a large growth in unemployment in undeveloped countries. (3rd world countries)
A2. In developed countries the average life expectancy is increasing.
A3. ZMInternational LLC is connecting the desperate people that need jobs to feed their families in undeveloped countries (3rd world countries) with the large population of elderly people in modern countries that need care all hours of the day and night year-round. Our caregivers will provide the help that the elderly men and women need.
A4. ZMInternational LLC has been constructed for the past 9 years by Engineer Zvi Mor and Gilad Mor Master of real estate. And B. Sc. Our goal is to fill the need for caregivers in the developed countries by giving our professional staff from 3rd world countries short term jobs. We are currently adding to our staff from eastern countries and Latin American countries that receive work visa’s.
A5. In order to gain the confidence of the caregiver’s payment will be guaranteed by the real estate owners in New York.

B. Goal of the worldwide branches

B1. Each branch will be represented by one individual and can be increased in times of necessity
B2. The main job of the branch representatives will be to find people that would want opportunities in caregiving
B3. They will also oversee ensuring the caregivers complete the basic biodata for their embassy and charge the appropriate amount for different currencies
B4. The basic payment will be equal to $200 U.S. dollars
B5. This payment will be non-refundable and 10% will be sent/reported (by email) to the main office in New York for their services
B6. Also, included in the report to the main office will be how much and in what way they are paying the caregivers in their individual places
B7. Reports shall be sent as soon as possible to zminterllc.gmail.com
B8. The representative shall not have to make any investment to the main office for the opportunity to work for ZMInternatinal LLC

C. Owners Financial Support

Caregivers
C1. Owners are ready to give a loan
C2. Normal interest cost for the total process is 80% of the agreed contract
C3. This will be returned in less than 12 months by monthly payments
C4. Caregivers will return the loan in their original country or the country they are employed Elderly
C5. The Elderly will get a monthly bonus paid to them based on their monthly costs
